Self-Reflection exercises can be used as an opportunity to evaluate your own managerial skills.  The point of these exercises is to challenge you to think about how you can improve these skills.  Please respond to the questions below to include your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.  Take this as an opportunity to reflect upon your perceptions about your own management strengths and weaknesses in your workplace.

1.  We have learned over the course of this term that communication is crucial to success in both our professional and personal lives.  Understanding your own strengths and weaknesses is a first step to improved communication skills.  Discuss, using your opinions, your own thoughts about your communication skills as a manager.
2.  A noted business executive said, “A company’s first obligation is to be profitable.  Unprofitable         enterprises can’t afford to be socially responsible.”  Discuss why you agree or disagree with this statement. HINT:  Why are ethics important?
3.  What are the most important concepts that you have learned in this course?  What are the most important things you have learned about yourself?

Less than 40%	Poor quality work that requires work that requires to be revised entirely. Does not meet appropriate quality standards and cannot be submitted as it is to the professor for marking. Definition of a failed grade
