This week you will write a summative paper on an environmental pollutant of your choice that is a known issue in your community. Your paper should include the following:

Identify the known pollutant.

Identify the ecosystem type that this pollutant tends to affect most around your community.

Where and/or how is the pollutant generated?

1. What impact does it have on the organisms in that environment?
2. Once you identify the root cause and the impacts, identify what nutrient cycle you think is being most disrupted by this pollutant.
